Trafag Gas Density Control

Electromechanical Density Monitoring Devices:

- These devices function using the reference gas principle, where the density of the monitored gas is compared to the density of a similar reference gas.
- Up to four galvanic isolated switch circuits can be integrated into one density monitor.
- The devices can be enhanced with an optical tendency display, which significantly increases the user friendliness in diverse applications.

Electronic Density Sensors

These devices differ from the electromechanical density units by means of generation, or further processing of, the output signal.

While the density monitors have one or several on/ off switch conditions for signal output (a maximum four switch circuits are possible), the density sensors generate a continual signal. This means that the density is continually measured. These signals deliver precise information about the current density measurement, and can be used for switching diagnostic purposes.
